Yoga & Pilates at Nettlecombe Farm

We work with a range of wonderful, experienced Yoga & Pilates teachers who offer weekly classes, workshops and residential retreats at the farm. Classes are held in our under floor heated studio which provides the perfect space and environment for your practice.

We supply all equipment including mats, blankets, straps, eye pillows, blocks and bricks.

We are very happy to announce Danielle will be offering massage treatments on Friday evenings and some Saturday mornings.

The following treatments are available as a 30 minute treatment concentrating on the back, neck and shoulders or a 60 minute full body treatment.

Isle of Wight Spring Weekend Yoga Retreat with Nickie Short

Arrival Friday 4pm with time to settle in before dinner, depart Sunday 4pm

Mav Binne Yoga Isle of Wight

Thursday Night Weekly Class (Yoga)

6.30pm -8.00pm with Julie Cole

Class is generally made up of hatha, yin or flow postures with an emphasis on mindfulness throughout. Breathwork and meditation are often included in the practice.

The first class is a free 'taster' session and following classes are either £28 for a 4 week course or £8 drop in.
