Yoga & Pilates classes at Nettlecombe Farm

We welcome some incredibly inspirational and experienced yoga teachers who offer weekly classes, workshops and residential retreats at Nettlecombe. Classes are held in our under floor heated studio which provides the perfect space and environment for your practice. We supply all equipment including mats, blankets, straps, eye pillows, blocks and bricks.

Join Beth at Nettlecombe Farm for a dynamic and supportive Pilates experience! A highly qualified Level 3 Classical Mat Pilates instructor (with her Level 4 qualification on the way), Beth has quickly built a loyal following thanks to her expert guidance and warm, welcoming teaching style. Her focus on correct technique ensures you get the most out of every movement—exercising safely, effectively, and with confidence.

Whether you're a total beginner or more experienced, Beth offers a range of options to suit all levels. Every class is thoughtfully structured to challenge and support you, helping to improve strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. Mats and other equipment, such as Pilates balls, are all provided—just bring yourself!

Yoga with Mark is suitable for all levels with friendly classes aimed at improving and maintaining our strength, balance and calm.

Mark has 20yrs experience of teaching in the British Wheel style which includes traditional yoga evolving to support our modern lives.

Friendly classes include stretching, strengthening, meditation and relaxation.

 £12 per class. (90 mins) drop in's welcome but please call or text in advance.

Yoga with Clare Williams 

Join Clare Williams' welcoming yoga class tailored specifically for the over 50s! Whether you're a total beginner or have years of experience, this class is designed to meet your needs. With over two decades of personal practice and a few years of teaching under her belt, Clare continuously hones her skills to provide the best experience for her students. Her friendly, supportive approach ensures everyone feels comfortable, no matter their level. The class concludes with a blissful relaxation session, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Come along and experience the many benefits of yoga in a warm, inviting environment where you can improve your flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.

The first class is free and drop in sessions are £12 or you can buy a block of 4 classes for only £32 (£8 per class)

Yoga with Trish Campbell
Trish has been practising yoga for over 40 years and completed her Hatha Yoga teaching diploma with the British school of yoga in 2014. She has also attended a 2 week immersion course with Tias Little, on Somatic Awareness Training, which she incorporates into her classes. She is extremely passionate about yoga, particularly about the benefits it brings to both physical and mental health and loves to share these benefits with others through her classes. She is a firm believer that yoga is accessible to all regardless of age, body type and ability. Her yoga classes include the physical practice of asanas, breathwork or pranayama, meditation and relaxation.

The first class is free and drop in sessions are £10.

Yoga with Julie Cole
Julie is a very well respected and experienced yoga teacher who has been sharing her amazing practices and making significant impact to many peoples lives. Her class is a mix of hatha, yin and flow postures with an emphasis on mindfulness throughout. Breathwork and meditation are often included in her practice and her classes are very suitable for beginners as well as the accomplished yogi. 

Classes are £10 per week (drop-in) and your first class is offered free of charge as a taster session. Please do contact Julie if you would like to attend so that she can tell you more about her class and check that she has capacity.

Mat Based Pilates wtih Lin - Serenity Society Pilates 

Looking to build strength, improve posture, and feel more connected to your body? Lin’s Pilates class offers a supportive and welcoming space for all levels and abilities. With a background as a qualified Physiotherapist and specialist training with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI), Lin brings expert knowledge in movement, rehabilitation, and whole-body wellbeing.

Her classes are grounded in years of experience, including teaching rehab-focused Pilates, pelvic floor health, and antenatal/postnatal sessions. Each class is designed to help you move with confidence, improve core stability, and restore strength from within.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, Lin provides clear guidance and tailored options to suit your needs. You’ll gain valuable skills to support your long-term health and vitality in a friendly, encouraging environment.
